MeM Smart Living works with fulfillment partners to ship products directly to customers.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is currently free on eligible orders. If any shipping charge applies, it will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery
Processing and delivery times vary by product, destination, stock availability, carrier, and fulfillment partner. Any estimated delivery time shown on the product page or at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been processed and shipped.
Address changes
If you entered the wrong delivery address, contact orders@memsmartliving.com immediately. We will try to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, customs, peak-season volume, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If your order appears delayed, contact support@memsmartliving.com with your order number.
